Tim was a great asset to us at Resonate Networks. As a startup we have a fast paced environment that is very fluid and dynamic. Tim was brought on board to help us to implement version 1.0 of our platform product. Tim dug right into the project and quickly took charge of the requirements. In less than 3 weeks he had implemented the first prototype and helped us to build a complex online ad targeting tool in 3 months. Tim's performance was outstanding. I would recommend him without question. His technical skills are exceptional, and he has the rare quality of being able to present complex technical information in a way that is understandable and appropriate for the audience. He is also one of the rare technical folks that seem to be able to do twice to three times the amount in the same time as other folks. I would definitely use ArcSine and especially Tim again.
